These Terms govern your use of regenrev.io and any consultation you book through it. The site is operated by RegenRev, a business of Gunderson Holdings LLC ("RegenRev," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
RegenRev provides revenue-operations and sales-process consulting to clinic owners. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, or advice about any treatment. The free Revenue-Leak Teardown is a no-obligation business consultation. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these Terms.
Results
Case studies and figures on this site describe results for specific clients and are not a promise of any particular outcome for your business. Results depend on your lead volume, team, market, and other factors. Any performance-based pricing is defined only in a signed agreement.
SMS terms
Our booking form offers two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes. By checking the transactional box, you agree to receive text messages from RegenRev (Gunderson Holdings LLC) about your consultation request, including confirmations, reminders, and scheduling follow-up. By checking the marketing box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from RegenRev (Gunderson Holdings LLC) about our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can submit the form without checking either box. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Using the site
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit patient or medical information. All content on the site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to RegenRev or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegenRev and Gunderson Holdings LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free consultation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site, book a consultation, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By submitting our form or opting in to SMS, you confirm that you are at least 18.
